Arte Pura ships orders by GLS and DHL express courier.
When your order will leave our warehouse you will receive an e-mail with the estimated delivery time and instructions to track the path of the package.

If the package is not delivered on time or you have not received any notice about it, you can contact customer service by e-mail to shop@artepura.it

What shipping methods does Arte Pura use?

We ship orders by GLS and DHL courier.

When are the goods ordered from the site shipped?

Orders placed before 12:30 noon are shipped the same day. Those placed after that time will be shipped the next business day after the order date.

What is meant by “Delivery times in working days”?

Delivery times are estimated on the days in which the courier operates, in general from Monday to Friday, except holidays and special cases such as strikes, national holidays, bad weather, customs clearance practices.

Is it possible to pay cash on delivery?

Sorry, it is not possible.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs vary according to the country of delivery specified. The shipping fee is applied to every single order, regardless of the number of products in the cart.  Once you reach a total of 500 € shipping costs will be free.

How can I track my shipment?

At the time of order processing we send an e-mail containing the link to follow the shipment.

Can I ship abroad?

We ship throughout Europe. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination of the goods.

 Are customs charges, if any, included in the shipping costs?

Any customs charges ARE NOT INCLUDED IN SHIPPING CHARGES, and are entirely the responsibility of the recipient and at the discretion of local customs.
