When are the goods ordered from the site shipped?

Orders placed before 12:30 noon are shipped the same day. Those placed after that time will be shipped the next business day after the order date.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs vary according to the country of delivery specified. The shipping fee is applied to every single order, regardless of the number of products in the cart. Once you reach a total of 400 € shipping costs will be free. *Excluding for orders with extra-EU shipping

Can I ship abroad?

We ship throughout Europe. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination of the goods.

Are customs charges, if any, included in the shipping costs?

Any customs charges ARE NOT INCLUDED IN SHIPPING CHARGES, and are entirely the responsibility of the recipient and at the discretion of local customs.
