On each product page you will find all currently available color variations, description and composition of the article. Scroll your mouse over the product image to enlarge it and view all the details.
How to order?
From the product page, select color and / or size of the article, quantity and then add the product to your cart.
Once the shopping session is over, click on the cart at the top right and “View Cart”. Enter your tax information, shipping and select the payment.
Check that the information entered is correct and click on “Proceed with Order”. If you have chosen to pay by credit card, before completing the purchase may be required a second authentication to authorize the payment, as established by the institution that issued the credit card. Within a few minutes you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of the order. As soon as the order has been shipped, you will receive one or more shipping confirmation emails.
SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS
ORDERS TO BE SHIPPED IN ITALY delivery in 3 / 4 working days (excluding holidays) at a cost of € 10.90 *.
ORDERS TO BE SHIPPED IN EUROPE delivery in 3/4 working days (excluding holidays) at a cost of € 27.90*.

*FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER 500 €. Europe
Arte Pura guarantees delivery within 3/4 working days for orders placed from Monday to Friday before 12:30.
Working days are from Monday to Friday.
Deliveries take place during business hours from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, and are made by DHL and GLS. All orders shipped with DHL are processed automatically and we are unable to change shipping and delivery times.
You may choose to return any item within 30 days of the delivery date by following the instructions below.
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can book a pickup of your package;
- Prepare your package using the same packaging you received;
- Make sure that the products are in the same condition as you received them, with all tags attached, otherwise we will not be able to accept your return and make a refund;
You can only ship your return from the country where you placed the order.
If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be shipped back to you and a refund will not be issued.
Once we receive your return, it will be inspected.You will then receive an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved or denied, per the return policy listed above.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited through the same payment method that was used for your purchase.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received a refund, first check:
- Your bank account;
- your credit card company;
- your bank.

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
