Refund and return policy

RETURN POLICY IN ITALY

You can make a partial or complete return of your order within 30 days of delivery and receive a refund after the items have been returned.

Return procedure

o make a return, please write an email to shop@artepura.it indicating the order number, the item you wish to return and the reason. Once we receive your request, we will arrange the pick-up with you via one of our couriers and you only have to re-seal the package. The courier will take care of the rest.

Refund policy

Once we receive your return, our quality team will check it and proceed with the refund to the same payment method used to place the order.

WARNING: for some items refunds and/or returns are not possible, these are:

  • items that are not in their original condition (damaged or missing their original packaging, including label and tag);
  • items on sale;
  • perfumes with damaged guarantee seal;
  • items that can be ordered by reservation and/or customised
  • furniture or furnishing items;
  • gift cards or free products included in the package.

To receive a refund:

  • the item must be unused;
  • in the same condition in which you received it;
  • in the original packaging and complete with tag.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not yet received a refund, please check first:

Your bank account;
your credit card company;
your bank.

If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at shop@artepura.it.

Sale items

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

RETURN PROCEDURE IN EUROPEAN UNION COUNTRIES

You can make a partial or complete return of your order within 30 days of delivery and receive a refund after the items have been returned.

To make a return, please write an e-mail to shop@artepura.it indicating the order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for the return. Once we receive your request, we will inform you about the return procedure for your country. The return shipping costs and any customs duties will be calculated
